Born in Milan but brought up in Umbria, his passion about food and wine led him to begin his career as a food and wine critic and journalist in 1992. Fifteen years later he is still going strong, from restaurant to restaurant uncorking bottles. His passions are Japan, Champagne, Burgandy and Germanic Rieslings. He worked with the Espresso Group for years, he has written for the magazine Spirito di Vino as well as for important national newspapers and newsmagazines. Today he manages various magazines and publications never losing sight of his points of reference: quality, generosity and especially beauty.
