Journalist from Parma who is passionate about travelling, cooking and fine wine. He has been working as a freelance journalist for 15 years for many national publications (Focus, Panorama, Travel, Quotidiano Nazionale) and he is responsible for media relations and Digital PR for many important Italian institutions including The Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma (where he was head of the press office for more than 8 years) , The Consorzio dell’Aceto Balsamico di Modena and for ALMA , the international Italian cooking school whose dean is Gualtiero Marchesi.
