Brut Metodo Classico
Tasting notes: The wine is golden yellow colour with a plenty of mousse and delicate, lasting perlage. The intense aromas include hints of white peaches and apples and yeasty, toasty notes. The typical liveliness of the Brut is enhanced on the palate by ripe fruit aromas adding depth and balance.
Alcohol by volume: 12,5% vol.
The first fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barriques, and the second in the bottles, with subsequent contact on the yeasts for at least 30 months. The remuage is carried out by hand according to ancient tradition, using typical pupitres (trestle tables) and every single bottle is given careful attention. After the degorgement the bottles remain in the cellars for 3 months before release. Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
